Design and production work at Applebee's Corporate HQ and the BarkleyOKRP creative agency included POP, menus galore, signage and LCD screens, OOH (including Times Square billboards), packaging, franchisee special requests, test program support materials, corporate projects – and the list goes on. It involved producing original creative as well as versioning agency creative to support seasonal campaigns and national promotions for 2,000 restaurants. The main menu had a print run of 600,000 and was updated quarterly, which required immense attention to detail and the ability to synthesize multiple ongoing inputs. Key metrics were staying on brand, on time, and focused enough to produce zero errors.
