After Oracle acquired Cerner, I continued to support the consumer well-being team with design initiatives before moving into a new role with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM team in 2024. The CRM team worked closely with Oracle's health system clients to understand their specific needs and goals, which typically involved driving patients to take advantage of specific health opportunities. I brainstormed, wrote, designed, built, and tested mobile-responsive email and SMS campaigns that balanced effective communication, user experience, creative execution, and technical soundness.
